There are two gasoline engines-four and six-cylinder, which can be paired with a 5-speed or 6-speed automatic gearbox. Options, two drive wheels (2WD) and four -wheel drive of four wheels (4WD) are also available at all trim levels. However, the e-CVT gearbox is available only for 2012 Highlander Hybrid.
