The main feature of the project is a large amount of various monolithic housing in their layouts.
The project includes one-room real estate of various types, ranging from classic «odnushki» with small kitchen to studios apartments, as well as apartments with only one sleeping area of about forty-five squares, which are commonly called «one and a half rooms» apartments.
