The base of the combined floor is a concrete screed. Moisture is laid on the screed, thermal insulation. Lags are fixed on top. A seam of elastic materials is made along the entire perimeter of the floor. Sheets of plywood or chipboard are installed on this layer. They are laid in layers and shifted joints.
