1. Apply two layers of primer to previously polished on the surface, dry. You can use acrylic paint or special primer. Whiteness emphasizes the drawing of the decoupage motive, does not “eat” the color.
2. Cut the drawing from a three -layer cloth. Divide the napkin into layers (you need only the upper layer, colorful).
