For this layer, facade plaster is used. Since mineral plaster is steamed, it promotes evaporation of moisture insulation.
The main advantage of the «wet» facade is a good wall insulation at low costs. Along with this, the external walls are designed so that they perform only supporting functions, and wall insulation is achieved thanks to the “wet” facade.
