In summer and autumn, people most often want to change something in their lives, so these seasons are considered traditional for repair in an apartment or in the country. But the repair almost never ends on time, so citizens have to defend their rights in court.
It is important to remember one rule — violation of the deadline for the fulfillment of the obligation to carry out repair work, at least one day, means that the customer may refuse to fulfill obligations under the contract, this is written in Article 28 of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
